care. The position focuses on advancing clinical services and improving processes to enhance patient lives, particularly vulnerable populations affected by
HIV/AIDS.

Direct Hire Key Responsibilities Serve as the Pharmacist-In-Charge, ensuring compliance with Board of Pharmacy requirements and overseeing daily pharmacy operations. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver innovative clinical services, share ideas, and implement best practices consistently across locations. Champion core values and mission-driven initiatives, maintaining a patient-centered approach in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Lead and support a collaborative organizational structure where staff report to multiple leaders. Participate in internal and external meetings, trainings, and conferences to stay at the forefront of specialty pharmacy practice. Foster a workplace environment that supports employee growth and outstanding patient care. Qualifications & Desired Experience Minimum 3-5 years of recent retail or specialty pharmacy management experience; 10+ years preferred. Strong foundational knowledge of
HIV/AIDS
medications; willingness to grow into an expert through training. Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse cultures and lifestyles. Ability to thrive in a busy, multi-faceted environment without exclusive hospital experience. Passionate about serving vulnerable patient populations and committed to making a meaningful impact.
