Contract Job Duties:
Review, verify, and dispense oncology and infusion-related medications in accordance with established protocols and regulatory requirements. Utilize Beacon to review treatment plans, chemotherapy orders, and supportive care regimens. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and ensure safe patient care. Monitor patients' medication regimens for efficacy, safety, dosing accuracy, and potential drug interactions. Provide clinical consultation and education to healthcare staff regarding oncology and infusion therapies. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational pharmacy regulations and standards. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the State of WA Experience in Oncology and/or Infusion Pharmacy. Beacon experience is required. PIC experience preferred
Schedule:
Day Shift 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday SAL01
Pay:
$80.00 per hour
