Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for experienced Clinical Infusion Pharmacists to support a growing home infusion pharmacy in the Greater Seattle area. This role offers a clinical environment focused on providing specialized medication therapy management for patients with complex and specialty needs. The ideal candidate will have a background in infusion therapies and a strong commitment to patient safety and collaborative care.

Monday-Friday, No Weekends Shift Options:
9:00 AM-5:30 PM 10:00 AM-6:30
PM Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and regulatory compliance Provide clinical oversight for infusion therapies, including specialty medications, biologics, antimicrobials, TPN, and sterile compounding Assess and monitor patient-specific therapy plans to optimize outcomes Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff on medication management Ensure adherence to state and federal pharmacy regulations and accreditation standards Support quality assurance and medication safety initiatives Maintain thorough documentation in pharmacy and electronic medical record systems Contribute to workflow optimization in a fast-paced infusion environment
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active, unrestricted Washington State Pharmacist license Minimum two years of clinical pharmacist experience preferred Experience in home infusion, inpatient pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, sterile compounding, or ambulatory infusion required Strong knowledge of IV medications, biologics, antimicrobial therapies, TPN, and sterile compounding Ability to communicate effectively and exercise sound clinical judgment Comfort working with complex patient populations and in collaborative team settings

Home Infusion or Specialty Pharmacy Hospital/Inpatient Pharmacy Ambulatory Infusion Centers Expertise in Biologics, Specialty Medications, and TPN This position offers a chance to join a dynamic infusion services team with the potential for permanent placement. The Monday through Friday schedule supports a healthy work-life balance without weekend shifts. Compensation for this position ranges from $63.00 to $69.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
