Specialty Expertise An opportunity to lead pharmacy operations and advance innovative clinical services awaits a seasoned Pharmacist-In-Charge with a strong foundation in
HIV/AIDS
medications. This direct hire position offers a dynamic Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, providing leadership in a patient-focused pharmacy environment.

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30
PM Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations as Pharmacist-In-Charge, ensuring compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations. Implement and promote innovative systems and processes to enhance pharmacy services and patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, sharing expertise and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Maintain and uphold the pharmacy's Core Values and Mission through effective leadership and example. Navigate a dynamic environment with agility, improving patient experiences and workplace satisfaction. Support a collaborative organizational structure, fostering accountability among staff across multiple locations. Represent the pharmacy at various meetings, conferences, and training sessions as required.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
3-5 years minimum retail or specialty pharmacy management experience; 10+ years preferred. Solid foundation in
HIV/AIDS
medications; willingness to further develop expertise through training. Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse cultural backgrounds. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environment. Experience limited to retail or specialty pharmacy settings; hospital-only backgrounds are not suitable.
