Shift Available:

Full time, Variable, 40 working hours weekly

Required Qualifications:

PharmD•Doctorate of Pharmacy or, Bachelor's Degree•Bachelor of Pharmacy. Washington Pharmacist License upon hire. When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license.

Upon hire:

Basic Life Support (BLS) (Facility Managed)•where applicable

Preferred Qualifications:

Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency Why Join Providence?
