Clinical Pharmacist Specialty Pharmacy Virginia Mason Medical Center - 3.6 Seattle, WA Job Details Full-time $79.51 - $110.65 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Licensed Pharmacist (State-Specific) Licensed Pharmacist Medication therapy management (MTM) Full Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Clinical Pharmacist , you will advocate for patients by providing exceptional, specialty-focused pharmaceutical care so they can achieve optimal health outcomes and manage complex conditions effectively. Every day you will review, monitor, and optimize medication regimens for specialty patients within the CommonSpirit Specialty Pharmacy Program. You will be expected to perform: Comprehensive Patient Care Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Clinical Knowledge Leadership Pharmacy Operations Oversight To be successful in this role you must possess a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

D.) degree, hold a current and unrestricted pharmacist license, demonstrate proven experience in specialty pharmacy and medication therapy management, exhibit exceptional clinical judgment, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and patient-centered care. Job Requirements Required Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree 1+ years in retail or specialty pharmacy or residency in lieu of experience Preferred 1+ years' experience interacting with patients, clinicians as part of an interdisciplinary care team 1+ years experience in specialty pharmacy
Required Licensure and Certifications Pharmacist:
