Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Per Diem A healthcare facility in Wapato, WA is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical services. This role focuses on delivering accurate medication dispensation and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Location:
Wapato, Washington Schedule/Hours:
Monday to Friday, April 20 - 24, 2026 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (9 hours per day)
Responsibilities:
Accurately distribute medications prescribed by physicians and other authorized health practitioners Offer clear, reliable information to patients and customers regarding medication use and potential side effects Ensure adherence to pharmacy laws and regulations while maintaining patient confidentiality Deliver superior customer service, addressing questions and concerns about medications promptly and professionally
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active Washington State Pharmacist License Experience in retail pharmacy or long-term care pharmacy settings is highly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills to enhance customer interactions Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately handle prescriptions and medication orders This Per Diem opportunity offers a flexible schedule for pharmacists seeking short-term assignments that make a meaningful impact on patient care.
