Job Description

  • Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus dependent on hired FTE
  • paid in 2 installments
  • The Inpatient Pharmacist provides established pharmaceutical services in the inpatient pharmacy.
Work Schedule :
0.8 FTE
  • 32 hours/week. May have the ability to accommodate a lesser FTE (down to a 0.4 FTE
  • 16 hours/week) for the right candidate.
Monday through Friday daytime hours with weekend and holiday rotation.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree Registered Pharmacist with a current Wisconsin licensure
Preferred Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy degree Minimum of one year hospital pharmacy experience
