Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract A contract Pharmacist position is available in Wisconsin, offering an opportunity to practice in a dynamic pharmacy environment. This role is ideal for experienced pharmacists ready to provide excellent pharmaceutical care and patient counseling. Marshfield, WI Key Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense prescription medications and ensure proper labeling and dosage instructions. Review prescriptions for completeness and accuracy to ensure patient safety. Provide expert counseling to patients regarding medication use, side effects, and interactions. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize pharmacotherapy outcomes. Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards related to pharmacy practice. Manage inventory, including ordering and proper storage of medications. Participate in continuing education to stay current with pharmaceutical developments.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Licensed pharmacist with credentials accepted by Wisconsin Board of Pharmacy. Act 10 Temporary License holders welcome. Proven expertise in prescription processing and patient-focused pharmaceutical care. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team. Prior experience in retail or hospital pharmacy settings is preferred.
