Full Job Description Work Schedule :
100% FTE; Night Shift. 9:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM.
Seven days on, seven days off rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational need of the department.

  • Pediatrics to: Deliver comprehensive pediatric medication therapy management as part of an interdisciplinary inpatient care team to ensure drug therapy is safe, effective, efficient, and cost effective.
Actively participate in bedside medical emergencies, providing expertise in medication selection, preparation, procurement, documentation, and medication history review. Teach and precept Pharmacy Residents and PharmD students through structured practical experiences and formal didactic education. Engage in interdisciplinary patient care rounds, including medication reconciliation, therapy monitoring, order verification, patient and caregiver education, drug information support, and individualized drug dosing. Contribute to the advancement of pharmacy practice through the development and implementation of clinical practice guidelines, order sets, and standardized practice protocols, as well as participation in scholarly and quality improvement activities. The ideal candidate will have inpatient pediatric experience and board certification or pediatric residency training.
