Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract To Hire We're seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist to join a highly respected medical center in Madison, WI, on a full-time basis.
Start Date:
ASAP Schedule:
5x8-hour shifts
Shifts:
Mix of days (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) and evenings (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)
Weekend Rotation:
Every 3rd weekend

Week Contract-to-Hire EMR:
Epic Responsibilities:
Perform inpatient order verification Complete pharmacokinetic and renal dosing consultations Monitor therapeutic drug levels and pharmacotherapy regimens Assist with drug shortage management initiatives Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy staff to optimize patient care Requirements Wisconsin Pharmacist license (ACT-10 temp license accepted)! Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient experience Strong clinical skills in acute care pharmacotherapy Why Apply?
