This is a flexible Monday through Friday part time 30 hours per week work schedule

Primary Responsibilities:

Processes physician drug orders including, but not limited to: order entry into dispensing computer system appropriate product selection labeling and repackaging Consults with various health care professionals and provides information and guidance concerning drugs and their appropriate use Complies with departmental and hospital policies and procedures Manage daily departmental activities Participates in and/or provides support to hospital committees as agreed upon by committee members and the Director of Pharmacy to help establish drug-related policies, criteria, or to monitor issues related to drugs i.e. Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee Assist in the preparation of periodic reports on the progress of the department for submission to the administration of the hospital Assists the department and hospital in maintaining compliance with accreditation standards You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

ACPE - accredited PharmD degree or BS of Pharmacy with recent pharmacist work experience Active State of Wisconsin pharmacist license in good standing Proficient in Microsoft Office (
