Schedule:

Rotating 5x8-hour shifts Mix of day shifts (6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) and evening shifts (2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.) Rotation includes working every third weekend

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver clinical inpatient pharmacy care, ensuring accurate pharmacotherapy management Perform pharmacokinetic and renal dosing Monitor therapeutic medication levels critically Manage drug shortage protocols and maintain medication availability Utilize

EPIC EMR

system for medication order processing and documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient medication regimens

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Minimum of 2 years recent experience in inpatient or acute care pharmacy Proficiency in clinical pharmacotherapy and inpatient treatment protocols Experience with EPIC electronic medical records Active Wisconsin ACT-10 pharmacist license

Additional Requirements:

Compliance with mask fit testing: all travelers must be clean-shaven to pass fit testing for N95 masks; personal CAPRs and PAPRs are not permitted on-site Scrubs will be provided upon start This contract opportunity offers a chance to apply specialized inpatient pharmacy skills in a dynamic healthcare setting.
