Responsibilities:
Provide clinical pharmacy services including accurate dispensing and verification of prescriptions Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes Conduct medication therapy reviews, monitor patient responses, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Educate patients and healthcare staff on medication management and safety Maintain accurate and thorough records in accordance with pharmacy regulations and best practices
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Licensed Pharmacist with experience in clinical pharmacy practice Valid pharmacist license to practice, or willingness to obtain a Wisconsin temporary pharmacy license Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical therapies, prescription verification, and medication safety protocols Excellent communication and patient counseling skills Ability to adapt to new environments and work collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team
