Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication counseling and education to patients and their families regarding proper medication use. Maintain accurate inventory management practices to ensure the availability of necessary medications and supplies. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans that enhance patient outcomes. Uphold HIPAA regulations by ensuring the confidentiality of patient information at all times. Retail Pharmacy . Skills Proficiency in medication administration techniques and clinical pharmacy practices. Excellent patient care skills with a focus on safety and efficiency in medication management. Effective inventory management skills to maintain optimal stock levels of medications. Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments to inform treatment decisions.
