Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and safety Supervise pharmacy technicians and coordinate workflow Consult with physicians and nurses on medication therapies and adjustments Apply pharmacokinetic principles for personalized patient care Support overall pharmacy operations aligned with hospital policies and procedures

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
