Take the next step in your legal career as a Practice Group Assistant supporting a dynamic General Civil Litigation Defense team. Practice Group Assistant:
Provide administrative support as a dependable Practice Group Assistant, assisting secretaries with daily workflow and tasks Support new matter intake, conflicts checks, and general file management as a detail-oriented Practice Group Assistant with at least 1+ years in a law firm setting Assist with calendaring and docketing as an organized Practice Group Assistant ensuring deadlines are tracked and met Perform a variety of administrative duties as assigned by attorneys and secretaries as a proactive Practice Group Assistant Leverage strong organizational and communication skills as a collaborative Practice Group Assistant to contribute to overall team success All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
