We utilise industry-leading systems such as FRED Dispense, Dose Aid, and Leecare software, ensuring efficient workflows and a high standard of service delivery across all aspects of the pharmacy. At TerryWhite Chemmart Riverside, we offer a supportive and collaborative workplace where team members are encouraged to grow their skills, develop professionally, and play a meaningful role in improving patient outcomes The Role Part-Time Opportunity (26 hours per week): Monday (9:00am-6:00pm), Wednesday (10:00am-3:00pm), Thursday (10:00am-3:00pm), and Friday (12:00pm-6:00pm). At TerryWhite Chemmart, our Pharmacy Assistants are often the first point of contact for customers visiting our pharmacy, and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day pharmacy operations. In this role, you will deliver a high level of customer service, provide product recommendations in the front of store, and advise on over-the-counter medicines where appropriate, ensuring quality and personable service to all our customers. You also play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organised work environment, ensuring a compliant workplace.
