$18.31 > $19.14 (once certified) > $19.96 (once licensed 4-6 weeks) About the Role This onsite opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to start or grow a career in pharmacy operations. As part of an automated refill center, you'll work in a fast-paced production environment picking, packing, and preparing individual prescription orders for direct-to-patient shipment. We'll support your path toward becoming a Pharmacy Technician while you gain hands-on experience. Once hired, employees will be assisted in obtaining a Kentucky Board of Pharmacy Technician License. What You'll Do Pick and pack individual prescription orders following on-screen prompts and program specifications Fold and include required paperwork with prescriptions for shipment Sort orders by store location and place in totes for shipping Load packaged product onto trucks Maintain a continuous workflow to meet daily production goals Comply with all company policies, procedures, and SOPs Adhere to and promote the company's shared ICARE principles Demonstrate problem-resolution skills by recognizing issues and escalating to management as needed Follow all federal and state HIPAA regulations and pharmacy standard procedures to ensure patient safety and privacy
