We are currently seeking a driven and well-connected Pharmacy Sales Liaison to help expand our footprint across the DFW area.
The Role:
As the Pharmacy Sales Liaison, you will be the face of Live Oak Pharmacy Group out in the field. Your primary objective will be to build trust and secure partnerships with healthcare providers and residential care facilities. You will identify facility pain points and demonstrate how our dedicated pharmacy services—ranging from specialized packaging to seamless communication—can improve their operations and patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily field visits to: Physician offices, Long-Term Care (LTC) facilities, Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), and Senior Independent Living Communities throughout the DFW metroplex. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Directors of Nursing (DONs), Facility Administrators, and Lead Physicians. Clearly articulate the value proposition of Live Oak Pharmacy Group's services, including our transition-of-care protocols, compliance standards, and dedicated facility support. Drive new facility acquisitions and increase prescription volume from local provider networks. Collaborate closely with our Pharmacist-in-Charge and internal pharmacy staff to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new accounts. Maintain accurate records of territory activity, sales pipelines, and account statuses.Qualifications:
Proven track record in healthcare sales, specifically selling into LTC facilities, ALFs, or provider offices. An established, active network of healthcare administrators and DONs within the Dallas-Fort Worth market is highly preferred. Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, long-term care regulations, and the unique challenges faced by residential facilities. Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, manage a travel schedule, and consistently meet growth targets. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. How toApply:
