Job Description

Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator at MHM Support Services dba Mercy Healthcare System in Fort Smith, Arkansas, United States Job Description Find your calling at Mercy! Responsible for the coordination, and implementation of Clinical Pharmacy Services and ensures that Pharmacy provides optimal clinical services on a daily basis. Facilitates the development and ongoing management of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, cost-effective medication therapy. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Position Details:
Education:
Minimum requirement of Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) in pharmacy degree from accredited school of pharmacy.
Licensure:
Requires a current pharmacist license from state of practice
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in area of practice
Certifications:
Other:
Preferred Education:
ASHP Accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency preferred.
Preferred Licensure:
Preferred Experience:
Two or more years clinical experience and a PGY-1 residency is preferred.
Preferred Certifications:
Board of Pharmacy Specialties Board Certification preferred
