What you'll be doing Overseeing multiple departments across the facility, including production, quality, facilities, and technical infrastructure. Leading a team of directors and managers, holding them accountable to high standards and helping develop the next layer of leadership underneath you. Reporting directly into senior leadership and partnering across departments to keep the site running smoothly as it scales. Bringing operational discipline and a collaborative voice to a fast-moving, growing business. The business A young, fast-growing 503B outsourcing facility producing sterile compounded medications for hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers across the country, including products on the FDA's drug shortage list.
