The client operates multiple pharmacy locations across the greater Tucson area, requiring a skilled team to support workload fluctuations, call outs, and vacations. Locations include various sites within Tucson, AZ, offering convenience and accessibility. Pharmacy operations generally run Monday through Saturday, approximately 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with some locations closing at 8:00 p.m. Shifts are flexible but not guaranteed, making this an ideal fit for part-time pharmacists seeking 2-4 workdays per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional retail pharmacy services in compliance with regulatory requirements Collaborate with pharmacy staff and technicians to support daily operations Manage immunizations and maintain patient safety with up-to-date certifications Participate in a dedicated 8-hour training shift and additional training as needed to ensure proficiency in site-specific processes and technologies, including QS1 software

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years retail pharmacy experience preferred Immunization privileges required Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Strong multitasking and communication skills Ability to work independently in pharmacist-only sites as well as with technician support Pharmacists selected will join a well-supported team, receiving comprehensive training tailored to the unique needs of each location—critical due to varying site sizes and staffing models.
