Phoenix, AZ Job Details 9 hours ago Qualifications Spanish High school diploma or GED Medical assisting Full Job Description The Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator supports and collaborates with the clinical pharmacist to ensure patients receive high-quality care related to medication management at Mountain Park Health Center. . Essential Functions Room and schedule patients on-demand. Provides support for clinical pharmacy visits (e.g., administer vaccines, medication refill protocol, and review medication related patient calls). Calls pharmacy for patient medication profile and other patient related activities. Request/transmit labs. Schedules/Reschedules clinic appointments for patients. Schedules clinical pharmacy appointments and educates patients on what to bring to appointments. Checks patients' profiles for duplicate requests, referrals, and prior authorizations. Follows up to ensure patient is getting proper care. Educates patients on how to order refills and follows refill protocol. Provides administrative support to assigned area (e.g., makes copies, updates materials, submit inventory orders, etc.). Travels to multiple locations during shift. Maintains regular and predictable attendance. Other duties as required.
Position Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED). Graduate of a medical assistant program. Bilingual Spanish.

Medication knowledge
