A retail pharmacy technician opportunity is available on a 13-week contract-to-hire basis in Phoenix, AZ, working closely within a team consisting of one pharmacist and three technicians. This role supports a daily script volume of approximately 100 prescriptions, utilizing the Pioneer Rx system.

Schedule:

1st shift 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through

Friday Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter prescription data into the system. Communicate effectively with patients and physicians' offices regarding prescriptions. Fill and dispense medications as prescribed, ensuring verification of patient allergies prior to dispensing. Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and according to organizational policies. Deliver exceptional customer service that maintains a positive pharmacy experience for all patients.

Qualifications and Experience:

Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Arizona is required. Minimum of 2 years of recent retail pharmacy technician experience is mandatory. Proficiency with Pioneer Rx system preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
