Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations Serve as the primary responsible pharmacist for medication dispensing and safety Manage retail pharmacy activities, including staff supervision and workflow optimization Ensure accurate prescription filling and patient counseling Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care services Maintain inventory control and proper documentation as required by law Qualifications /
Desired Experience:
Valid pharmacist license in the state of California Prior experience as a Pharmacist In Charge or Pharmacy Manager, preferably in retail settings Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work variable shifts and adapt to dynamic operational needs This contract role is ideal for experienced pharmacists ready to lead in a retail pharmacy environment while providing critical interim support.
