One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Pharmacy Manager, you will be a strategic leader and clinical authority, orchestrating safe, efficient, and patient-centered pharmaceutical care delivery. Every day, you will lead and supervise the pharmacy team, meticulously reviewing and authorizing prescriptions for safety (interactions, dosing, allergies). You'll oversee efficient workflow, from authorization to dispensing, and consult with doctors and nurses to troubleshoot medication issues. To be successful in this role, you will possess comprehensive clinical expertise, proven leadership, and an analytical mind for process optimization. Your commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and patient safety will drive our pharmacy's success.
Job Requirements Education:
Bachelors Of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy.
Experience:
4 years of experience in a clinical infusion pharmacy service.
Licensure:
CA Pharmacist
