Shift:
Day Shift | 1st 8-hour shift Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist Coordinator , you will play a key leadership role in supporting pharmacy operations and advancing clinical pharmacy services (CPS). You'll collaborate closely with medical and nursing staff, guide clinical decision-making, and ensure optimal patient outcomes across all age groups—from neonates to geriatrics.
You will:
Lead and supervise nursing and support staff Ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care Drive patient safety and satisfaction initiatives Coordinate care plans with patients, families, and care teams Support staff development and performance management Key Responsibilities Provide oversight and strategic direction for Clinical Pharmacy Services (CPS) Support clinical decision-making and operational excellence within the pharmacy team Develop, implement, and manage patient care programs and policies Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance medication safety and outcomes Train and mentor clinical pharmacy staff Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered medication recommendations Participate in direct patient care as needed Requirements Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy Active Pharmacist license All required state certifications and licensures
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree 2+ years of experience as a Pharmacist 2+ years of pharmacy leadership experience #Workwolf
