The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical care to our patients while managing a team of pharmacy professionals. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of pharmacy practices, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Oversee medication dispensing processes, ensuring accuracy in medication administration and patient safety. Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock of pharmaceuticals and supplies. Implement and maintain aseptic techniques in accordance with industry standards. Provide immunization services as required, ensuring staff are trained and compliant with immunization protocols. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care through effective medication management strategies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy software systems to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. Conduct staff training and development programs to improve team performance and ensure high standards of practice. Monitor critical care and acute care protocols to ensure best practices are followed within the pharmacy setting. Requirements Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

D.) degree from an accredited institution. Valid pharmacist license in the state of Colorado. Immunization Certified from an accredited program with at least 20 hours of CE. Current BLS CPR Proven experience in pharmacy management or a similar role within a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of physiology, pharmacology, and medication administration practices. Familiarity with inventory management systems and pharmacy software applications. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to train and mentor pharmacy technicians effectively. Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry trends and regulations.
