- 95%+ of your prescriptions are compounded formulations, with traditional retail dispensing under 5% An experienced compounding team already in place
- you'll lead and verify, not train from zero Competitive salary plus a full benefits package (below) Locally owned and independent
- accessible leadership, real autonomy, decisions made close to home Staff pharmacist support on your busier days Meaningful relationships with the patients and providers you serve The work itself Our compounding pharmacy creates customized medication solutions when traditional dispensing can't.
A flavored suspension for a child who can't swallow tablets. A discontinued formulation a provider still needs. A dosage form a pet will actually take. This is pharmacy where your knowledge directly changes a patient's outcome — and where you collaborate with providers as a clinical partner, not a dispensing endpoint.
As Pharmacist-in-Charge, you'll lead pharmacy operations and serve as the clinical resource for providers, patients, and your team. You'll review and validate compounded prescriptions and formulations, ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards, counsel patients, mentor your compounding technicians, and manage inventory and vendor relationships. What we're looking for Required Active Colorado pharmacist license in good standing Strong mathematical and analytical skills Excellent communication and provider relationship-building Genuine interest in patient care and clinical problem-solving Leadership experience or clear leadership potential Preferred Non-sterile compounding experience Pharmacist-in-Charge or pharmacy management experience Experience reviewing formulations and customized therapies Community pharmacy experience New graduates and seasoned pharmacists are both encouraged to apply. Compounding experience is a plus, not a requirement — we're glad to train the right person.
