Process prescriptions and handle insurance adjudications Prepare, package, and label medications for pharmacist verification Perform data entry and manage prescription records Communicate with patients and provider offices Maintain inventory, cycle counts, and expiration tracking Assist with shipping, returns, and medication handling processes Ensure compliance with HIPAA and pharmacy regulations

What We're Looking For:

Florida Pharmacy Technician license (active & in good standing) PTCB certification (highly preferred, not required) 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience (required) Comfortable with Microsoft Office and making phone calls Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask High School Diploma or GED required

Bonus:

Call center or high-volume experience is a plus
