Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist - Retail Job Type Contract Join a dynamic retail pharmacy team serving the Fort Lauderdale area as a Staff Pharmacist. This contract position offers the opportunity to utilize your retail pharmacy expertise in a fast-paced environment, ensuring optimal patient care and medication safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately dispense prescription medications to patients. Counsel patients on medication usage and potential side effects. Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize pharmaceutical care. Manage inventory and oversee proper storage of medications.
Qualifications:
Licensed Pharmacist with active credentials. Proven retail pharmacy experience required. Strong knowledge of prescription medications and patient counseling. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and patient safety.
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00
PM Location:
Fort Lauderdale, FL This contract opportunity offers a competitive compensation range of $90-$95 per hour. Immediate start is available for qualified candidates with retail pharmacy experience.
