This is a permanent, direct hire role based near Clearwater, FL, geared toward candidates who demonstrate strong strategic leadership and operational expertise within pharmacy environments spanning multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations across multiple states, ensuring adherence to all state and federal regulations including Board of Pharmacy, Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA. Provide strategic leadership and support to pharmacy managers, supervisors, and staff, fostering a high-performance culture. Develop, implement, and maintain pharmacy policies, procedures, and workflows to drive operational excellence and consistent service delivery. Lead quality improvement initiatives and chair quality review committees to uphold the highest standards. Monitor financial performance, analyze business data, and execute cost-control strategies. Manage vendor and manufacturer relationships to secure product availability, service quality, and competitive pricing. Promote effective communication, customer service excellence, and organizational change initiatives across teams. Represent the organization in a professional, confidential, and ethical manner.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Business, or related fields; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5-7 years of related experience, including at least 4 years in leadership or management roles. Proven knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, performance management, and quality assurance programs. Multi-state pharmacy licenses are
