Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Pharmacy Account Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our pharmacy clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth account management and a high standard of service across both retail and compounding operations. You will support client relationships, coordinate workflow, and help drive operational efficiency in a fast-paced pharmacy environment. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and confident in communicating across teams, with a strong understanding of pharmacy services and a commitment to patient-centered care. Responsibilities Manage and support pharmacy client accounts, ensuring needs are addressed accurately and consistently across retail and compounding services Coordinate onboarding for new pharmacy partners, including training, workflow alignment, and system integration Maintain organized and up-to-date account records, tracking activity, updates, and client communications Partner with sales and marketing teams to support solutions that strengthen client satisfaction and long-term retention Review account performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, and account growth Deliver timely, professional customer service by resolving inquiries and addressing issues effectively Support internal initiatives related to account development, product rollouts, and operational improvements Qualifications Experience in account management or project coordination within healthcare, pharmacy, or similar environments Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally Ability to build and maintain productive client relationships over time Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and support informed decision-making Familiarity with marketing or client engagement strategies within pharmacy or healthcare settings is a plus Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Join a team focused on delivering high-quality pharmacy solutions across retail and compounding services. Pay:
$18.00 - $26.00 per hour
