The Pharmacy Aide at Healthi Rx serves as the front-line presence of the pharmacy, responsible for checking patients out at the register, processing copays and cash transactions, and answering incoming calls to assist with questions and prescription inquiries. The role also involves liaising with provider offices, patients, and other pharmacies to coordinate transfers and follow-ups, receiving and putting away inventory, maintaining organization throughout the pharmacy, and keeping a close eye on stock levels to flag replenishment needs to the pharmacist.
