800 North Magnolia Ave, Orlando, FL or our Courtland Pharmacy location. (Periodic travel to provider offices and hospital campuses may be required) The Pharmacy Clinical Manager provides clinical, operational, and strategic leadership in support of specialty pharmacy, ambulatory care, and transitions of care services across inpatient and outpatient settings. This role supports the Executive Director of Post-Acute Pharmacy Practice in advancing strategic initiatives, aligning pharmacy practice with evidence-based standards, organizational goals, and quality outcomes across the care continuum. Responsibilities include oversight and support of pharmacists working within specialty practice areas, coordination of service line initiatives, process improvement, data analysis, protocol and policy development, education and competency development, and implementation of clinical and operational best practices. The position collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize workflows and coordinate efforts across inpatient and outpatient spaces, including ambulatory clinics, specialty pharmacy programs, and transitions of care services. A key component of this role involves supporting initiatives designed to close gaps in patient care, improve medication management, and ensure continuity, safety, and quality throughout the patient journey. The Pharmacy Clinical Manager serves as a leader in driving performance improvement, enhancing patient outcomes, and supporting sustainable pharmacy practice growth through strong collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
