Day | Full-time How you'll make an impact in this role Lead daily pharmacy operations with a focus on precision, ensuring every patient receives the right medication at the right time. Create and champion medication safety initiatives and pharmacoeconomic strategies to improve patient outcomes and departmental efficiency. Cultivate a culture of continuous learning by mentoring pharmacists, residents, and students through proactive training and competency development. Direct the departmental budget and resource allocation to ensure the pharmacy remains a sustainable, high-performing pillar of the facility. Ensure total alignment with federal and state regulations to maintain the highest standards of safety, ethics, and legal compliance. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification /Registration:
Licensed Pharmacist credentialed from the Florida Board of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Education:
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.Work Experience:
3 years of experience required OR a graduate from an accredited Health System Pharmacy Administration residency program required. What additional requirements you'll need 3 years acute care experience Leadership experience Life atAscension:
