Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract A pharmacy technician position is available within a specialized
AIDS/HIV
retail pharmacy setting in the Fort Lauderdale area. This role requires sensitivity and respect toward a diverse patient population, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to pharmacy duties.

Pompano Beach, FL (near Fort Lauderdale)
Schedule/Hours:
Monday to
Friday:
8:30 AM - 5:30
PM Saturday:
8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Flexibility to work Saturdays is a must
Responsibilities:
Perform typical retail pharmacy duties including data entry and dispensing medications Provide high-level patient care and support with a non-judgmental attitude Maintain effective communication with patients, providers, and the pharmacy team Demonstrate pharmacy intuition by identifying and addressing duty needs proactively
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy environment Experience working with
HIV/AIDS
medications is essential and must be clearly indicated on the resume Proficient with pharmacy software; experience with QS1 preferred (training available) Florida Pharmacy Technician license required PTCB certification is a plus but not mandatory
