• Manager Pharmacy Summary:

• + Provides leadership and oversight for pharmacy operations and personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant pharmacy services.

+ Coordinates the development and implementation of pharmacy systems, policies, and procedures; participates in quality and process improvement initiatives; and collaborates with pharmacy leadership and interdisciplinary teams to plan and support new or revised services. + Oversees staff scheduling, supervision, recruitment, performance management, and corrective action, and responsibility for pharmacy operations. + Promotes effective communication, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and optimal use of technology and automation while maintaining current knowledge of pharmacy practice and leadership standards.

• Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy;

• Preferred Education:

• Master's degree in Pharmacy; Doctorate in Pharmacy. +

• Required Certification:

• Pharmacist - State of Florida;

• Preferred Certification:

• ASHP (American Society of Health-System Pharmacists) - Accredited Program; Florida Consultant Pharmacist license. +

• Required Experience:

• 5 years of experience in field as an individual contributor; 1-3 years supervisory/coordinator experience. +

• Other Requirements:

• Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.
