Pharmacy Manager Vital Care Infusion Pharmacy Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM No Weekends Vital Care Infusion Pharmacy is seeking a motivated and dependable Pharmacist-in-Charge / Pharmacy Manager to lead daily pharmacy operations at our infusion pharmacy. This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist who is looking for a stable Monday-Friday schedule, leadership responsibility, and the ability to grow with an expanding infusion pharmacy focused on high-quality patient care. Position Overview The PIC / Pharmacy Manager will oversee pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations, manage medication dispensing and clinical review, and help support infusion and specialty pharmacy services. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a patient-first mindset. Responsibilities Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge for the pharmacy Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow Ensure compliance with Texas State Board of Pharmacy rules and all applicable regulations Review and verify prescriptions and infusion medication orders Supervise pharmacy staff and support team development Maintain accurate records, documentation, and inventory controls Coordinate with providers, nurses, patients, and internal team members Support prior authorization, therapy coordination, and patient care processes Help maintain high standards for safety, quality, and service Qualifications Active pharmacist license in good standing Ability to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge Strong communication and leadership skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Infusion, specialty pharmacy, or sterile compounding experience preferred but not required Must be reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a growing pharmacy environment Schedule Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM No weekends No major retail-style evening hours Why Join Vital Care Infusion Pharmacy?
