CEO Pharmacy Hours:

M-F 8:30am to 4:30pm and then remote after 7pm Saturday is 8am - 12pm and Sunday is remote until 1pm 4 direct reports - 1FT and PT Pharmacist and 2 PRN Pharmacist Position works every other weekend Medical dispense system:

Pyxis Qualifications:

S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy Required Knowledgeable and proficient in the legal responsibilities of the pharmacist to the facility and all state and federal laws and regulations governing pharmacy services Required Knowledge of pathophysiology, interpretation of diagnostic criteria, pharmacokinetics and pharmacotherapeutics as well as the use and application of new medications and technology Required Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience. Current Pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy Required Controlled Substance License in good standing with appropriate State Board of Pharmacy if applicable
