This role offers a 13-week contract to hire assignment in Rathdrum, ID, providing a chance to work alongside a collaborative pharmacy team dedicated to high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently. Provide counseling to patients on medication use, safety, and adherence. Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth daily operations. Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on exceptional customer care.

Desired Qualifications:

Current, active pharmacist license in Idaho. Proven pharmacy experience in a retail setting. Strong communication skills to engage with patients and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment (300-400 prescriptions daily). Candidate must provide an updated resume, skills checklist, and references.

Location & Schedule:

Rathdrum, Idaho area.

Day shift:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (with Thursday or Friday off when working Saturday).

Part-time hours:

24-32 per week.

Team & System:

Collaborate with 3 pharmacy technicians, 2 pharmacists, and 1 cashier. Utilize the Pioneer pharmacy system.
