Job Summary:

As Manager, Pharmacy Administration & Services, you will lead the day-to-day operations and execution of pharmacy programs and initiatives within the organization. Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage key pharmacy areas such as third-party billing, pharmacy credentialing, Medicare compliance, pharmacy services (immunizations, adherence, MTM, testing), and/or core pharmacy enablement. You will focus on driving operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care through effective program management and team leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee pharmacy administration and/or services support programs, ensuring consistent and compliant execution of workflows and policies. Lead a team responsible for pharmacy billing, credentialing, service delivery, core pharmacy and compliance support. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement pharmacy initiatives that align with organizational goals. Monitor operational performance metrics and use data insights to recommend and implement improvements. Support change management efforts to facilitate adoption of new processes and systems. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations, as well as internal policies. Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities for team members. Assist in budget management and resource planning within assigned pharmacy programs. Communicate program status, challenges, and successes to senior leadership and stakeholders. Supervise pharmacy administration staff, including hiring, performance management, and professional development. Experience managing pharmacy programs and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance requirements. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly to diverse audiences. Willingness to travel up to 10% for business purposes. At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership. Willing to travel up to/at least 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state) Preferred Qualifications Pharmacy degree (B.S. or PharmD). Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field. Experience leading small teams or project groups in pharmacy or healthcare settings. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analytics tools. We will consider employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

Salary Range:
