Role:

This role plays a key part in keeping our pharmacy running smoothly day-to-day. You will work closely with the pharmacist to ensure prescriptions are handled accurately, patients are supported, and operations remain efficient and compliant.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and process prescriptions with precision under pharmacist oversight Enter and manage patient and prescription data in compliance with regulations Support compounding workflow as directed by the pharmacist Coordinate packaging and shipment of medications, ensuring proper procedures are followed Handle incoming calls, assist patients, and escalate clinical questions appropriately Collaborate with pharmacists and providers, particularly for specialized or compounded therapies Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and organization Follow all applicable state and federal pharmacy regulations Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional pharmacy environment

What We're Looking For:

Active CPhT certification (required) At least 3 years of pharmacy experience (retail, mail order, or compounding preferred) Strong attention to detail with prescription processing and data entry Clear communication skills and a patient-focused mindset Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Schedule & Growth Path:
