Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire This opportunity is for an experienced professional to lead operations as a Pharmacy Manager in a retail setting located in Sterling, IL. The role involves oversight and management of medication procurement and dispensing, ensuring all processes comply with professional standards and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily pharmacy operations, including procurement and dispensing of medications. Verify prescribed medications in accordance with professional standards, facility procedures, and state and federal laws. Achieve business goals and operational metrics for the pharmacy. Oversee fiscal management to optimize profitability and control expenses, working closely with senior leadership.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Illinois Pharmacy License. Minimum of 2 years of pharmacist experience. Management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Sterling, Illinois This is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive salary range reflecting experience and qualifications.
