Permanent Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, prepare, and dispense medications accurately following professional standards, facility procedures, and state and federal regulations. Conduct medication reconciliation when applicable to promote seamless patient care transitions. Provide expert consultation to patients on their medications, including dosage, frequency, requirements, and potential drug interactions. Maintain a strong commitment to exceptional customer service and clinical care standards.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid Illinois Pharmacist License. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist in a retail environment. This role is ideal for a licensed pharmacist seeking a stable, rewarding position with a focus on patient care and medication management in a retail setting.
