This role offers a standard Monday through Friday schedule, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a balanced workweek with consistent hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the procurement and dispensing of medications, ensuring compliance with professional standards, facility procedures, and state and federal regulations. Verify prescribed medications accurately to maintain high-quality patient care and safety. Drive the pharmacy's business performance by meeting established goals and metrics. Manage fiscal operations to optimize profitability and control expenses, working closely with executive leadership for support and guidance.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Illinois pharmacist license. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacist. Some management experience is ideal but not mandatory, as leadership skills and a dedication to operational excellence are essential.
