Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist - Retail Job Type Per Diem This opportunity offers per diem coverage at a managed pharmacy located in Keokuk, IA, supported by a team providing
FQHC/340B
pharmacy management. The assignment runs from Monday, June 22 through Friday, June 29, with daily hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., including a one-hour lunch break.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily pharmacy operations including opening and closing procedures Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow Provide excellent retail/community pharmacy services consistent with regulatory standards Utilize the Datascan system by WinPharm for dispensing and documentation Support 340B program operations where applicable
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in retail or community pharmacy settings Skilled in supervising pharmacy technicians and managing pharmacy openings and closings Prior experience with 340B pharmacy programs is highly preferred but not essential Must hold an active Iowa pharmacy license
Location Details:
Keokuk, IA, located in the southeastern corner of Iowa along the river, near the Illinois state line
