Pharmacy Operations Manager Full Time Days Baptist Health United States, Kentucky, La Grange Jun 23, 2026 Summary Responsible for operational services in the acute care hospital and hospital owned outpatient departments (HOPDs). Responsible for developing policies and procedures to ensure that medications are stored, prepared, and dispensed in a safe and effective manner. Ensures that distribution services are provided to meet the needs of the medical staff, patients, nurses, and associates. The Pharmacy Operations Manager facilitates the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through safe, appropriate, cost-effective medication therapies.

Job Summary Responsible for operational services in the acute care hospital and if applicable, hospital owned outpatient departments (HOPDs) and/or infusion centers. Responsible for developing policies and procedures to ensure that medications are stored, prepared, and dispensed in a safe and effective manner. Ensures that distribution services are provided to meet the needs of the medical staff, patients, nurses, and associates. The Pharmacy Operations Manager facilitates the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through safe, appropriate, cost-effective medication therapies.
