Required License/Registration/Certification Licensed Pharmacist Physical Requirements This position requires intermittently sitting at a computer workstation; performing tasks with repetitive motions (such as typing); standing or walking with objects weighing up to 10 pounds; lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds; and occasionally standing or walking with objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Also involves some risk of back injury from moving, lifting or positioning patients, equipment, or materials; risk of injuries from use of equipment on the job; and exposure to blood-borne or airborne pathogens, hazardous chemicals and fumes including waste, cuts/punctures, burns, and combative/violent people. Shift Must be available to work full-time primarily during the hours of Monday thru Friday 7am-9pm and weekends 8am-5pm. Shifts to be discussed during interview. Position to work 40 hours per week. Hours, location, and shifts subject to change based on the needs of the department. Job Summary Provide patient care in a fast-paced pharmacy setting. Compounds and dispenses medications and pharmaceutical supplies upon receiving written orders from physicians. Reviews and interprets prescriptions and drug profiles to ensure appropriate drug therapy has been prescribed and ensures that drug interactions are considered. Manage inventory and technician staff to provide excellent customer service.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience PharmD and ambulatory/retail pharmacy experience preferred.
